We're studio owners for the past 10 years plus have more than 30 years combined experience practicing yoga.

Russ is also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist & part time tutor for the Graduate School of Medicine at the University of Wollongong.

We have TONS of experience teaching students of all levels in classes, workshops & retreats and can't wait to share that experience with you to help you get started with a home practice.
