ABOUT DEB YOUNG...

In 2006, Deb co-founded a yoga studio on the East Coast of Australia, and since then has been sharing the practice of regular and prenatal yoga with her community of more than 400 yogis on the mat each week.

Deb holds an Honors degree in Physical & Health Education, is a trained Doula & has supported women in various birth settings in hospital & at home.

Deb will help you:

  • build physical strength & stamina for labour 
  • build confidence during pregnancy
  • practice letting go of fear
  • use breathwork to relax & release tension
  • ease the aches & pains of pregnancy
