Hi guys, just had something quick and funny to share... My husband has been having a lot of trouble sleeping due to work stress so I convinced him to have a go at the yoga nidra with me last night... I could tell he fell asleep before it finished, and this morning I asked him what he thought of it and he said he couldn't remember much just that he needed to focus on his breath moving up and down in his chest. I asked him if he remembered concentrating on his right thumb and he said no....he had fallen asleep before he even started!
