DAY 1: RELEASE NECK TENSION 

Today is the perfect starter because it's quick and easy and you don't need any equipment for it. If you spend a lot of time online, or feel stressed - often the neck and shoulders cop it first. Let's fix that! 

 

DAY 2: RELEASE ACHEY HIPS

Today we’re going to have you work through a sequence that targets the hips, glutes and postural muscles around the pelvis. This is one of our most popular lessons and for good reason. 

 

DAY 3: YOGA FOR A FIT PREGNANCY

This is an energetic little sequence that is perfect for mommas  who want a physical challenge. This sequence includes some upper body strength elements - which are great to help your arms get/stay strong in preparation for carrying and holding a newborn.
