At the age of 6, Deb lost her dad to suicide - so from a young age she realised that nothing should be taken for granted including our health, happiness & relationships.
Growing up in a single parent family Deb felt pressured to chose a "safe" career which she later ditched to pursue her true passion for yoga & health.
With zero business experience - together her and Russ built a thriving yoga studio with than 400 yogis every week, purchased a commercial property, and started an online yoga business - all whilst raising a family - largely through a process of evaluating their life priorities, setting goals, & breaking them down into manageable milestones.
In this 10 day program Deb shares with you her love of yoga & a powerful goal setting process that will help you get focused on the things that matter for better life balance on and off the mat.
